We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from AAAM FASHION®. If you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
    • In the same condition as received
    • With original tags, labels, and packaging intact

❌ Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Boxers, underwear, bralette sets
  • Socks and intimate apparel
  • Clearance or final-sale items

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and proof of purchase.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs).

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or colors (subject to stock availability).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer.
