1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • International Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
  • International Express Delivery: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.


3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across the United Kingdom and selected international countries.
  • Some remote areas may not be eligible for express shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery addresses are accurate and complete.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as required by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • AAAM FASHION® has no control over these additional charges.

6. Failed Deliveries & Wrong Address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will apply.
  • AAAM FASHION® is not responsible for lost packages if the customer provides an incorrect address.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • For missing items, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Click & Collect (Future Option – If You Add Store Pickup)

  • Customers may be able to collect orders directly from our UK office by appointment.
  • ID and order confirmation will be required upon collection.
